Tracy received his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Tennessee Tech University, where he served as captain of the Golden Eagle football team as an all-conference offensive lineman. Tracy has volunteered as a board member with a number of non-profit organizations in the Cookeville community. When he’s not working, Tracy can be found attending his two daughters’ dance and music performances, enjoying sports, or serving in his local church.
